How the trial works

The trial includes the features of the plan you pick. Clinic and Basic don't include AI modules. The AI doctor assistant and WhatsApp/e-mail engagement come with the AI + Customer Engagement plan, which you can get by contacting sales or upgrading.

What is Hospital Cloud?

Hospital Cloud is GreyNova's cloud hospital management software (HMS) for hospitals and clinics in India. It covers patient registration, appointments, doctor consultations, electronic medical records, prescriptions, billing, pharmacy and reporting in one web app.

Is there a live demo?

Yes. Open the live demo at https://greynova.in/hms/onboarding — no separate demo app, it is the real Hospital Cloud onboarding.

Which plans include a 30-day free trial?

The Clinic and Basic plans include a 30-day free trial that activates automatically when you register your clinic or hospital. The AI + Customer Engagement plan and larger rollouts are available through Contact Sales.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your dashboard shows the days left in the trial and you get reminders before it expires. After 30 days you are prompted to choose a paid plan. Your data is kept after expiry under the platform's data retention policy.

Can we start the free trial more than once?

No. The free trial is available once per organisation.

Are AI features included in the trial?

The trial follows the features of the plan you select. Clinic and Basic do not include AI modules. The AI doctor assistant and WhatsApp/e-mail patient engagement come with the AI + Customer Engagement plan — contact sales or upgrade to add them.
